INGREDIENTS

4 Thomas’ ® Everything Bagels, cut into 1-inch pieces
24 ounces pasta sauce
2 cups cooked shredded turkey
30 ounces low-fat Ricotta cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

 

2. Lightly spray 9-by-13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

 

3. Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce over bottom of baking dish.

 

4. Split and chop Thomas’ Everything Bagels and layer half in baking dish. Add shredded chicken.

 

5. Meanwhile, place Ricotta, Parmesan, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.

 

6. Scoop mixture evenly over bagel layer in baking dish. Top evenly with more pasta sauce and shredded cheese. Create a second layer with remaining bagel pieces, sauce and cheese.

 

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
